Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original condition;
- Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period;
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:
- Final sale items;
- Personalized products;
- Hygiene-sensitive products.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
